now that the term is starting, we may have to 
reschedule the weekly meetings.

can you meet as usual (if possible) tomorrow?
(i can't make it, but T 4pm works for me the
rest of the term.)

please "and" your open times together and give
me a list of proposed meeting times for the
rest of the term.
