    translate, scale, rotate scope
    debugging -- pass-through of DOF geometry
    scoping of DEF's, USE's, non-convex nodes etc.

    overlay on campus map (see city.lcs.mit.edu/data)
    browse-able by floor, etc. as above
    in-line VRML windows with pre-defined viewpaths?
    connection to query interface

* file complexity [sean]
    soLOD nodes, VRML equivalent -- proximity triggers?
