Posters
Posters should be mounted by 8:30am on the day of the workshop and removed by 6:00pm on the same day. All remaining posters will be discarded
The poster size for all MICCAI 2013 workshops and challenges is the standard A0 Portrait (841mm x 1189mm). The conference will supply materials for mounting the posters. Please adhere to this size specification when preparing your posters.
Oral Presentations
Oral presentation should not exceed 12 minutes in length. Each presentation is allocated an additional 3 minutes for questions and transition. Timing will be strictly enforced, so please ensure that you have rehearsed your talk beforehand.
The room will be equipped with a projector (without computer), a VGA cable and wireless network. Speakers should bring their own laptops along with the necessary adaptors to interface with the projector. Each speaker will have an opportunity to test this setup during the break prior to his/her oral session.
