SoftwareWe contribute software to several publicly available image analysis packages. We have also helped create some of these packages.As part of our participation in The National Alliance for Medical Image Analysis, we make our algorithms available using the open source ITK library for biomedical image analysis as a computational platform. We also make implementation of our method available as stand-alone code.
