Facebook Image Searching

Activating the facebook image search

Though configuration is not required for Kangaroo to function, certain key elements of the Kangaroo search engine rely on configuration data. Kangaroo has the ability to crawl through facebook and search for profile pictures that match a specific person based on their email address. If facebook images are not being displayed for you in Kangaroo, you can enable Kangaroo to find facebook images by opening a new tab, logging into facebook, and then continuing your use of Kangaroo while facebook is logged in. If you want to permanently allow Kangaroo to obtain facebook images without having to log yourself into facebook manually each time you are using Kangaroo, consult the following section on allowing permanent access to Facebook search.
