Online Organizing: The Web in Local Government and Citizen Action

Chris Dwyer, of Cezanne Communications Corp., offered a briefing on state and local government Internet resources during this CFP lunchtime workshop.
Dwyer, a consultant who helps government officials and advocacy groups use the Internet, reported that 32 governors, 49 state offices and 45 state legislatures now have an Internet presence. He gave this list of local government World-Wide Web resources.
