IBM PCMCIA CD-ROM under NT

Hi

I try to get my IBM CD-400 PCMCIA CD-ROM drive to work under NT 4.0, but there seems 
to be no driver available. Does anyone know where to get this driver?

I found a driver named "cd400nt" on a Japanese IBM server, but it does not work.

Any help appreciated!
