755cd and Asymetrix DVP problems

I recently attempted to capture video on my TP755cd for the first time, 
using Asymetrix Digital Video Producer. Every time I try to "Preview 
Video", the system crashes due to a "memory parity error". Anyone know 
what this means? Or if there's a solution to it?
