I have converted R4RS to texinfo format.  It is available as:

altdorf.ai.mit.edu:archive/scm/r4rs.texi

Using texi2html I have also created a HTML (WWW) version of R4RS.  It
is available as:

ftp://altdorf.ai.mit.edu/archive/scm/HTML/r4rs_toc.html

The section of denotational semantics (Formal Semantics) is missing
(and probably not texinfo-able).  There are some minor problems with
the HTML version but I have added hypertext links for some of the
bibliographic references.   Corrections and more links welcome.
