papers, tech reports wanted :-)



This is the usual call for papers and tech reports for the
repository. Thanks to submissions, [and some legwork on my
part] the repository now holds a useful [but small] set of
papers and tech reports. Please consider submitting if you
have not done so.

Here's an up-to-date list of what is available through the
repository via anonymous ftp.
