re- named-let

Maybe the important thing about NAMED-LET is self-application.  
And in light of all the recent thrashing on this topic,
I like the sound of "WHY-LET", or just "WHY".  

If you consider NAMED-LET as a pretty face for the simplest uses of the Y
operator, then you might like the name "Y0". (That is why-zero, but 
if you mistake the zero for an oh, and you think your reading Spanish,
it still makes sense.)  Squint your eyes, and you've got "WHYNOT".
