Annual Reviews

Annual Reviews are handled at different times of year for different Staff classifications.
While discussions between staff and supervisor are encouraged throughout the year, it is at a specific time that we require a more formal discussion between Supervisors and Support staff members. That discussion should culminate in completion of a performance review that is signed by the Employee and by the Supervisor. The discussion and the review form should highlight performance and accomplishments over the entire year, provide an opportunity to discuss any obstacles to performance, and set performance and professional development goals for the coming year.
