This homepage is a general center to high-level graphics languages and ideas for a platform-independent scene design over a network. It has pointers to sample languages, to a hypertext version of the VRML mailing list, and a draft for the VRML version 1.0.

Submit to 6.837!!

The 6.837 WWW page will constantly be under construction during the class, and you all will have a chance to make your mark onto this page! (Of course, this is totally optional). If you find anything of interest related in some fashion to computer graphics, please send mail to kaybee@graphics.lcs.mit.edu . The mail should contain the URL address, a brief description of what it is, and optionally, a small .gif of an associated image (the default size on the current page is 88x70 pixels). If you are mosaic-savvy, you can also submit a fragment of an html document which we will directly insert into the WWW page. Of course, we reserve the right to not put submissions in the page if we don't think it's appropriate, and all the usual disclaimers.
