DXF to UG tools

I understand that the source snapshot of the BMG project cannot be made available publicly due it being specialized to MIT in some sense and not fully complete but Im sure it would benefit all the bmg followers out there if small tools like acad2ug (that converts autocad dxf files into unigrafix) could be provided so that we can build on the ug format which is much easier to work on that building dxf files and directly using those.
